Arrival and departure times
Most of our host families receive their guests on the Sunday preceding the course up to the Friday at the end of the course. Extra nights can be arranged depending upon availability.
The Jeroen Bosch Institute is responsible for providing services clearly described to the student.
Should the services and accommodation as described not meet requirements through no fault of the Institute, then everything in our power will be done to provide similar services and accommodation.
If, in the case of insufficient enrolment, a group or programme has to be cancelled, the Jeroen Bosch Institute is then only responsible for the refund of the cost of the course (excluding travel costs).
Student levels
The Jeroen Bosch Institute offers language training courses for a wide range of levels: from beginners up to advanced. Upon arrival all students are required to take a written test in order to assess their level. All language lessons last for a minimum of 45 minutes.
Passport/residence permit
It is the student's responsibility to provide a valid passport and all other necessary documents. We strongly advise all our foreign students to make use of the services of G3 Visa and Passports.
Course changes
If you need to shorten a programme which has already started, you should inform the Institute of this in writing (at least) 3 weeks beforehand. Changes or refunds are only made for course weeks outside the 3-week period of notice.
